New Place

So I heard back this morning from the place I put an application in at yesterday. Incredibly quick. Anyway, I sign the lease Friday, and it's free to move in whenever. It's about damn time I live on my own again. Having given up television, and attempting to maintain a diet, living at home directly conflicts with both. We'll see how that works out. Otherwise, I gave my final presentation, and took my final today. Before the presentation has been weighted in, I had a whopping C+. It's amazing how fast my 4.0 took a dive in college. On the bright side, I have four classes left, and then I'm done. Anyway, I'm really tired after a long day. We'll see how long I can keep this up.

...Monday

It's Monday. As if that isn't bad enough, I have a presentation due tomorrow, on the Metasploit Framework. Should be easy enough, since it's relatively well documented. I also intend to write a letter to Jessica (my girlfriend, who happens to be in boot camp) . I also have to be present for a family photo at 8, and there's a Packer game (which I can't even go to the bar for, due to the workload). I put an application in for an apartment today. It's a few blocks from where I work in downtown Madison. I can't wait to hear on that, and get the hell out of the parents' house (again). It's been a busy day, and it's about to get much busier. Anyway, back to work.

First Post

Alright, it's time to see if my life is interesting enough to warrant a blog. I guess I'll start by explaining a little bit about myself. I'm 21, I live in Madison, WI and am an IT Coordinator with the WI DNR. I attend Herzing College, currently obtaining a degree in Computer Information Systems (programming), and also work at Madison Area Technical College doing Web/Database programming. As far as interests go, I'm into programming, tabletop gaming, video games, and movies. Anyway, this has the increasingly eerie feel of a one way conversation, that I'm about to close. Updates coming soon (maybe).
